DROP-IN
LINERS
for
Plating,
Galvanizing & Anodizing Industries

Custom made drop-in liners for your plating, galvanizing
and anodizing dip tanks and vats. Rope and grommets are fabricated into the liner for easy
installation that will
keep your liner in place in the tank. Stainless steel clips can also be used to keep your liner in place
inside the vessel.
Custom
Copolymer Polypropylene rigid
liners and stand
alone tanks are also available for longer lasting containment.
Floor lining is also a way to keep harmful chemicals from spilling and then seeping into
the concrete or other flooring material.

Most liners are designed for easy
self-installation using rope and grommets
included in the liner or reasonably priced stainless steel clips. These are added
to ensure its stable placement. Inlets, outlets, weirs, skirts and sumps are custom
fabricated into the liner, keeping the liner
in one solid piece.
Several different formulas of materials are used for the containment of your specific
chemical
and your operating temperatures.
Our experienced staff will recommend and quote materials that will best suit
your needs, with a quick turnout time so your liner arrives as quickly as possible,
especially in those emergency
situations.
These are the most common and most used materials in
the plating, metal finishing, galvanizing and anodizing industries.
PVC materials are the most widely used in the plating,
galvanizing and anodizing
industries for the containment of most chemicals used today in
these industries. From standard materials to high-temp materials, in thicknesses' ranging from
20 mil through 3/16".

Standard
PVC's are used in mild rinse tanks and in solutions up to 140 degrees.
Thinner mil
thickness materials are used in tanks with less chance of falling objects puncturing the
liners, and the thicker mil materials are used when there is a greater chance of falling
objects or continuous rubbing of the liner causing mechanical failure. Standard PVC is
also an excellent floor liner.

Oil
Resistant PVC is a great lining system where oil spills are possible in floor
linings, and also tank linings, berms, secondary containment, Oil Field
applications.
This material is also
excellent in applications
where the liners is exposed to UV rays.
Oil Resistant PVC is good to 175 degrees.

| High-Temp
PVC |
|
High-Temp PVC's are used when temps can exceed 150 degrees up to 200 degrees,
or at constant temperatures not to exceed 200 degrees. This is an excellent material for chrome.
The higher mil thickness materials are more puncture resistant
than the lower mil materials.
These High-Temp materials are very popular for long lasting durable containment of plating, anodizing and galvanizing
solutions.

HDPE is great for lining floors and sump applications.
Due to installation
procedures, Field Lining Systems generally installs these type of liners in the western
United States.
