Custom Baffle

Baffle Deployed

 

This water baffle was assembled at the customer site. It consisted of a 6" HDPE Pipe as a floater on top and 4" HDPE filled with sand for ballast. The custom curtain was prefabricated in our 40,000 square foot fabrication shop located in Avondale Arizona.

 The frames were build at the customer site and curtains attached. The crane hoisted the 20 foot structure in place and secured to the dock in front of the reservoirs main pump.
